1. Zero Data Collection
At PixelHurts, we build products that respect your privacy by design. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.
Our mobile applications operate entirely on your local device. Any processing (such as game logic or procedural generation) happens on-device unless you explicitly opt-in to a cloud feature.
2. Third-Party Services
We use minimal third-party services for essential infrastructure and serving ads in free games.
- Google AdMob: Used to serve ads in our free-to-play mobile games. AdMob may collect an anonymous device identifier for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
- Firebase Analytics: Used to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as session length and feature usage) to help us improve the game experience. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Apple StoreKit: Used for processing in-app purchases. All payment data is handled directly by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information.
3. App Tracking Transparency
Our apps request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission as required by Apple. Regardless of your choice, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The ATT prompt is used solely for ad personalization within AdMob.
4. Your Rights
Because we do not collect your personal data, there is nothing for us to delete, sell, or modify. You own your data completely by keeping it on your device.
5. Children's Privacy
Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
